Wura Omisande is a visionary healthcare leader, compassionate nurse, and dynamic entrepreneur whose impact spans both clinical and community care. She is the Founder and CEO of Devinity Home Healthcare PLLC, where she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered services across Texas and beyond. Her work is driven by compassion, dignity, and a mission to expand access to healthcare.
Her passion for improving lives led to the establishment of Devinity Care Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting vulnerable populations through healthcare outreach, educational assistance, food distribution, skills training, and empowerment initiatives. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, guiding the foundation’s vision and mission with integrity and purpose.
With a career enriched by international mission trips to Puerto Rico and Costa Rica, Ms. Omisande believes in giving without borders, donating not only financial resources but also time, expertise, spiritual support and consistently driven by a desire to uplift others and causes that promote human welfare and direct care to underserved populations embodying her passion for global impact.
Adediwura holds a Doctor of Metaphysics degree, and her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University, an LVN Certification from Kingwood College of Nursing, and a Computer Information Systems degree from the University of Houston Downtown. In recognition of her leadership and communication excellence, she was honored as the Outstanding Public Relations Officer in 2021 by Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO).
Outside her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Ms. Omisande finds joy in her faith, family, and wellness. She cherishes time spent in church, hosting holiday gatherings, cooking with loved ones, traveling, and nurturing her garden. A proud mother of two sons who also serve on the Board of Trustees of Devinity Care Foundation, she is deeply committed to building a multigenerational legacy of service and compassion.
